Sugar Rush Meter
Every winning symbol you match will contribute to the Sugar Rush Meter, which is positioned below Candy’s cauldron.
You will see that there are four checkpoints on the meter. Reaching each checkpoint can release Wilds which can help you to get those extra winning symbols to take you to the next level. The Wilds are explained here:
Checkpoint one will be hit after winning 6 sweets. The meter will then release circular striped wilds onto the reels which can substitute for any of the other symbols.
Checkpoint two is the half-way point and will be unlocked when you collect 13 sweets. This time you will see striped square-shaped sweets unleashed onto the game. These wilds, should they be part of a winning combo, will remove the entire row or column on which they win.
Checkpoint three is three quarters around the meter and can be unlocked after 25 coins are collected. This time you’ll see the dotted wild, which looks like a chocolate sweet topped in sprinkles. It can remove all instances of a random symbol when part of a win.
The final goal is to collect 38 symbols, which will lead you into the next bonus round.
The meter will reset at the end of each game round; when you re-spin, it returns to zero.
Mix the Elixir Free Round
If you are lucky enough to collect all 38 symbols in the meter, you can trigger Mix the Elixir, which features three Candy spells. For every three more symbols you collect, you can gain another Candy spell, up to a maximum of 7.
In this round, you will play on a 9x9 grid, and the goal is to collect the required symbols which are shown to the right of the reels in front of the cauldron.
There are three levels of collection, and as you go up the levels, the prizes get enhanced. During your free game, you can collect and use spells which will help you collect more of the symbols. These include Sugar Bombs, Mixed Candy and Sweet Surprise Wilds.
Elixir of Power Bonus
Following the free round, you will be presented with chocolate-covered reels. Select some chocolates and when you reveal three-of-a-kind potions you will be granted the winnings associated with that colour elixir. Your prize could be up to 10 times your total bet.
Once you have collected your Elixir of Power bonus, a map will pop up, which you will move one place along every time you complete this bonus round. The map contains scattered treasure chests which have a value equivalent to 15% of your winnings from the base game since you last opened the chest.
How to Play
